Issues:

I am opposed to Measure B, the Binding Interest Arbitration Charter amendment.  The overriding reason for this decision is the potential for BIA to place final control of budgetary issues in the hands of someone other than the elected officials (City Council) whose responsibility it is to oversee the budget.
